Die Cutting Foam Boards
| a.) "Resilient" foam
b.) "Crushable" foam
c.) "Rigid" foam
It is necessary to use 2-3 point center bevels in the die and the following ejection rubbers depending upon the product you have chosen:
a.) Soft-Density Rubber to maintain an open edge after cutting!
b.) Hard-Density Rubber to achieve a tightly closed edge after cutting and 3-dimensional effects such as debossing!
c.) Medium-Density Rubber to maintain an open edge after cutting!
